Ray Dalio, founder of hedge fund Bridgewater Associates, on a possible trade war with China. Pres. Trump is threatening $200B in tariffs on Chinese goods, in addition to $50B in tariffs already imposed. Last month, Dalio has said a trade war with China would be a "tragedy."
