Kraft Heinz in a statement recalling nearly 6,000 cases of Wild Cherry flavored Capri Sun due to chemical contamination. The “Best When Used By” date on the affected products is June 25, 2023.
  • About 5,800 cases of Wild Cherry flavored Capri Sun have been voluntarily recalled. The company said the cases are contaminated with diluted cleaning solution from the factory.
  • The contaminated juice will have an "off-taste" and can cause an upset stomach. The exact retail locations of the affected juice are unknown.
  • "The issue was discovered after we received several consumer complaints about the taste of the affected product. The Company is actively working with retail partners and distributors to remove potentially impacted product from circulation," said Kraft Heinz, the parent company of Capri Sun.
