Why It Matters: This makes two victories (Iowa, New Hampshire) for the former President as the primary race continues to gain steam into February. The two sizable victories put the former President as the lead contender for the nomination.
Former South Carolina governor Nikki Haley (R) finished second in the primary; she remains the only serious rival to former President Trump in the race. She delivered a speech before votes final results asserting she will stay in the race.
