What To Know: This weekend, the House of Representatives worked on a series of funding bills, eventually passing what amounts to a $95 billion foreign aid package. The Senate will likely approve this spending package as early as Tuesday. Attached to it? TikTok. The package includes a measure which would force the sale of TikTok by ByteDance, its Chinese parent company, within a year. Critics of the bill say it could restrict Americans’ free speech rights.
