Questions of Russia forces withdrawing

At the moment, we have not seen any withdrawal of Russian forces.

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg on reports of Russia pulling back troops near the Ukrainian border.

• The Russian Defense Ministry released video purportedly showing the movement of forces away from certain disputed territory in Ukraine – a sign of potential withdrawal.
• Estimates: Russia has reportedly put an estimated 150,000 forces near Ukraine (as well as Belarus to the north).
• Why It Matters: Russia claims to be pulling back some military forces – but both the Ukrainian president and the president of NATO do not report seeing this in action.
