Maker of Robitussin Issues Recall For Potential Deadly Infection

Haleon is voluntarily recalling eight lots of Robitussin Honey CF Max Day Adult and Robitussin Honey CF Max Nighttime Adult to the consumer level.

What To Know: The maker of Robitussin announced a voluntary recall of specific cough syrups with expiration dates of 2025 and 2026. The healthcare company explains that if used, the affected products could cause a “severe or life-threatening adverse infection,” particularly for immunocompromised people.

Haleon has not received reports of people getting sick from the impacted products.
