What To Know: Around 72,000 people were stranded over the weekend at the Burning Man music and arts festival in the Nevada desert. Nearly an inch of rain flooded the Black Rock Desert playa on Friday causing attendees to shelter in place with instructions to conserve water, food and fuel. The roads reopened on Monday and thousands tried to leave, though traffic remains heavily congested.
